His legal and business skills bring effective results in matters relating to Forensic Technology Investigations, Cyber Investigations, Digital Evidence Recovery, Data Identification & Remediation, and eDiscovery.

Specifically, he assists clients identify and respond to investigations and litigation and proactively develop Litigation Support and Data Identification & Remediation programs.

Jim has over 25 years of practical business and legal experience, including over 15 years of private practice, in-house legal, and forensic consulting experience. His industry experience includes healthcare, life sciences, telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, power & utilities, real estate management, and consumer products.

Ilya has over 12 years of in-depth technology experience, with almost 9 years working with KPMG internationally: KPMG US Cyber Response Services and KPMG Russian Forensic Technology Practices. Ilya successfully resolved hundreds of corporate, civil and criminal cases for KPMG clients in North America and Europe. Ilya aids clients with internal investigations, as well as detecting and responding to cyber breaches by providing Digital Forensics and Incident Response services. Ilya has experience in a wide range of cyber security-related practices, from traditional digital evidence preservation and forensic analysis to complex network intrusion investigations and malware reverse engineering. Ilya led multiple investigations of malicious actions performed by State Sponsored / Advanced Persistent Threat hacking groups.
