What It Takes to Obtain & Retain SNF Accounts in 2021-22+

Featuring Lou Ann Brubaker, President of Brubaker Consulting

To be competitive you must have a nuanced understanding of skilled nursing facilities’ current and future environment. In just the past four years SNFs have experienced their greatest regulatory, quality, financial, and market changes in decades. And then came Covid-19 — which has exacerbated these challenges and left SNFs ill prepared for what lies ahead.

In anticipation of continued post-acute care landscape pressures through 2023 and beyond, many SNFs are proactively “re-vetting” their pharmacy relationships. Which pharmacies have the industry acumen and nimbleness to help them succeed in the post-acute care future? In this dynamic, one-hour session you’ll learn what it takes to keep your current client base and add new clients. Whether you’re fairly new to post-acute care or you’d like a refresher, you’ll want to attend this valuable program offering you immediate strategies to demonstrate your value proposition.

Following this session you will be able to describe your sales/retention opportunities with respect to:

  • SNF reimbursement and other financial pressures;
  • CMS quality expectations, and
  • Managed care relationship success.
