From Survival to Transformation: Reclaiming Inspiration and Leading with Purpose During Times of Change

Featuring Allison Holzer, Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer at InspireCorps

Since the onset of Covid, the healthcare industry has experienced unrelenting pressure and disruption, leading to ongoing stress and increased burnout for leaders, employees and their customers. As the year comes to an end and we look ahead, now is the time to shift from survival mode to reclaiming inspiration and purpose. With many stressors outside of our control, what we can influence is our mindset and ability to show up for our colleagues and customers with empathy and purpose.

In this session, Allison Holzer, co-author of the business management book Dare to Inspire, will unveil a research-based framework for reclaiming inspiration and leading with purpose. She will draw on her original exploratory research, stories from her book and TEDx Talk Unpack the Power of Inspiration to Shape Your Future, and insights from her experience as a globally sought-after Master Certified Coach for healthcare executives and senior leaders.

During this motivating webinar, Allison will help the audience to:

  • Describe the research findings on the link between inspiration and burnout, engagement, and performance.
  • Discuss case studies of successful inspirational leadership for organizational growth and engagement during challenging times.
  • Prepare a framework to spark inspiration at the leadership level and explore ways to scale it across your teams and organizations
